PIck-up/delivery

Orders will be picked up in Elmira, ON. Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted to organize a pickup time/date.

If you cannot pick-up your order from Elmira, alternate arrangements can be made at buyer's expense.

Bookends does not have a trade-in policy in effect at this time.

We are working on Trade-In program which will be launched in the near future.

We gratefully accept donations of your well-loved books and can be contacted to arrange drop-off/pick-up.

Types of books we cannot accept:

Damaged Books- including water, ripped, musty or missing pages

Text Books

Encyclopedias

Magazines

Anything that is written or highlighted
